  • Welding Services Coming Soon

We cannot offer CAD or drafting services at this time, but we are happy to quote parts based on drawings that you have prepared!

Can I pick up my parts locally?
Yes. We need to plan ahead if it's a larger order, but you can pick up your parts right where we make them in Grand Junction, Colorado.

What kind of metals can you process?
We process steel and aluminum every day, however our Amada Fiber laser can process stainless, copper and many others.

What can you bend/form?
Our HRB 1003 Amada CNC Press Brake is rated to 110 US tons, and has a 10 foot bed. Our tooling is mostly centered around processing 16 gauge to 1/4" thick material, however we have dies ranging in openings from 16mm to 80mm. Not sure what that means for your project? Contact us.

What kind of precision/tolerances can you hit?
+/- 0.010" on laser cutting
+/- 1 degree on CNC bending/forming
Tighter tolerances can be requested but price will adjust accordingly

If you like your quote, and you just want the metal cut, you can skip this step. If you want etching and bending, keep reading!

The instant quote software web store does not yet automatically assign bending and etching to many of the features that you might find in most production DXF files.

We can add these on the back end. Just add notes in the notes section!

At this point, our team of metal fabrication experts will review your files, and assign any bending/forming that was requested.

Step 6

Confirm The Order

Once our team has reviewed the files, and answered any questions that may have come up, we send the quote back to you for final approval. At this point, you will see etching and bending costs incorporated into the quote.
